I sum, it seems fair to argue that both companies pursue a different business model. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that both players don’t compete. Competition will happen along in products and services that are required for each player’s business model. Google and Apple don’t compete about profits from the same product or service, but they compete for the same consumer as a requirement for their profits.
